I've been busy!

Hey everyone, sorry for the lack of posts.  I've been busy doing other things haha.  For starters, I've been getting my classes situated for the upcoming year.  That's always fun.  Also, I've taken some initiative and have decided to turn my life around, physically speaking.  If you could not tell in my Seven Nation Army video, I'm pretty fat.  Two weeks ago, I started eating better and working out almost daily.  I've been eating exactly half of what I normally eat and drinking water and milk, with some juice very very sparingly (like 1 cup every few days or so) and soda completely cut out.  I'm liking the results so far.  I don't know how much weight I've lost, nor do I know what I weighed before.  I do know that I have definitely gained some muscle from working out for around  20 minutes 4 days a week.  It feels good.  I'm going to be taking some progress pictures soon and might post them here in the next couple of weeks or months to document my weight loss/muscle gain.
On an unrelated note, I'm sorry I've been behind on checking out all your blogs.  I'll try and catch up as soon as I can.
Cheers!  (I'll leave you all with a song from my favorite deathcore band.  Gotta represent AZ :P)

  1. Hey man, grats on the lift shift! I'm doing that too, just got off the p90x and lost quite some fat and gained muscle. I'm trying to keep it off, but it's a little tempting to binge haha. Hope you get the results you want and don't lose motivation!

  6. Thanks for all the kind words guys. Exercising gives me an amazing feeling. As for P90X, I might try that next summer because I'll be totally free to do it. I'm starting school in a few weeks and that'll occupy my time. And Clueless Dolphin, I won't knock it until I try it :P.
